The short version
We collect the minimum needed to deliver your report: your email address and the property you ask us to research. We don't run advertising trackers, we don't sell data, and our analytics are cookie-free.
What we collect and why
- When you buy a report: your email address and the property link/address you provide — to research and deliver your order (lawful basis: contract). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe; we never see your card number.
- When you join the waitlist or contact us: your email and what you send us — to reply (lawful basis: legitimate interest / consent).
- Site analytics: we use privacy-focused, cookie-free analytics (aggregate page views and events, no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking).
How long we keep it
- Order records: 6 years (UK tax and accounting requirements).
- Waitlist/contact emails: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
- Delivered reports: we keep a copy so we can re-send yours if you lose it; ask and we'll delete it.
Who we share it with
Only the processors needed to run the service: Stripe (payments), our email provider (delivery), and our hosting provider. No data is sold or shared for advertising.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, correction, deletion, or restriction of processing, and you can complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk). Email us and we'll sort it: [email protected].
